Acme Security Systems strives to meet your service requirements by providing quick response. Normal service turn around time is 4-6 hours. Every effort will be made to conduct the service call during normal business hours. In those cases where it is imperative that the service be provided same-day and the call cannot be performed during normal business hours, Emergency Overtime Service is available nights, weekends, and holidays. Repairs are normally conducted in the field, but in those cases where the part must be returned to the manufacturer, Acme Security Systems will in most cases provide a temporary replacement part to keep your system functioning during the time your part is being repaired.
