If you enjoy domestic raised lamb or lamb imported from Australia or New Zealand. Manna Foods has what you need. Typically domestic lamb is large and has a more defined lamb flavor. The Australian lamb is smaller and tends to be more tender and mild in flavor. The New Zealand is the smallest type of lamb so is thought to be the tenderest with a sweet flavor.
We proudly feature Country Meadow Australian Lamb and Atkins Ranch New Zealand Lamb. Both produce all-natural and high quality lamb product Domestic Volcano Shanks: A hind-shank that is frenched and trimmed in such a way that it appears almost likes a volcano, making an attractive presentation. It is approximately 18-20 oz.
