* Block of Time
When your company purchase a block of time, you decide when and how to use the time "as needed". When you purchase a block of time, you will receive a discount from the standard hourly rate. This block of time can be used for software support, hardware support, network, telephone/remote or troubleshooting. You will receive monthly statements showing the block of time purchased and the time used during the monthly period and any remaining time left.
* Service Contract
MicroNet will be on call as required by your business. MicroNet will respond to all your calls promptly. Your company will become a priority for MicroNet.
