The Catalina 42 Two Cabin Pullman model offers the traditional mid-ship placement of the owners stateroom and spacious head forward with stall shower.

As you enter the main cabin from the companionway, the galley is to port. There you have access to a large storage area under the cockpit, a pantry w/slide-out baskets, cabinet w/mounted spice rack, 2 cabinets for storage and a microwave. From left to right in the galley there is a refrigerator, three burner propane stove w/oven, dry storage bin, a double stainless steel sink. Plenty of storage space under the sink as well.

Starboard of the companionway is the aft stateroom and includes four drawers for storage, a hanging locker to complement the double berth. The aft head is forward of the stateroom and has entry from either the salon or the stateroom.
The full-beam salon is next and features a large table surrounded by a settee on three sides to port. The navigation station, a settee and the electrical panel are to starboard. There is an outboard overhead book and storage shelf on either side.
Forward of the salon is the master stateroom with a Pullman berth w/overhead storage to port and two cabinets and two drawers below. Opposite to starboard are two shelves, three drawers, two cabinets, a hanging locker and a vanity seat. Forward of the stateroom is the head w/a shower w/seat centered and head with storage above to port. To starboard in the head is a large vanity w/sink w/storage above and below.
