Sun-Maid Growers is primarily known as a Raisin Co-operative, but for the last 8 years we have also been developing a pool of Prune Growers and are marketing Prunes under our Sun-Maid Brand. Now we have expanded into the ingredient market and looking for Prune users who may have an interest in our products.

• We have a Field Department constantly working with growers to improve their horticultural practices and to select the best growers available. This insures continuity of supply and the quality of the Prunes we pack.

• Our large numbers of growers are geographically dispersed throughout the entire Prune Growing Area in California to reduce the impact of local weather on Prune Receipts.

• We have multi-year contracts with our growers and are a major prune purchaser, so that we can insure continuity of supply. We could set up a long term relationship to be certain that your company would always receive the quantity of Prunes you require.

• We are an established (in business 100 years in 2012) company in a strong financial position.

• We can start supplying prunes as soon as you need them, because we carry inventories across crop years.
