Straw yellow with greenish reflections and a delicate aroma, reminiscent of fresh fruit and Acacia flowers, this wine has a dry, pleasingly fresh flavor though slightly sharp. Our serving suggestions; as an aperitif and with hors d' oeuvres, sea food, trout and other fresh water fish. This wine is to be served at a temperature of 10°-12°C.
