East China Cities Tour

Day 1 Arrival in Hangzhou, transfer to Dragon Hotel. Day 2 A full-day tour to the West Lake, Linying Temple, the Tomb of Yue Fei, Liuhe Pagoda and the Yellow Dragon Cave. Day 3 Morning train to Shanghai; city tour includes Yu Garden Jade Buddha Temple and Bund. Evening, watch acrobatic show. Stay at Rainbow Hotel. Day 4 Morning train to Suzhou, China's "Venice of the East" with its extensive network of canals. A tour to Tiger Hill to see Yunyuan Temple, which was built in 961, and the Humble Administrator's Garden, which was built in the early 16th century by Wang Xiancheng. Stay at Bamboo Grove Hotel. Day 5 A morning tour to Han Shan Temple and Liuyuan. Next, train to Wuxi, transfer to Holiday Inn Milido Hotel. Day 6 A morning tour to Lake Tai. Afternoon train to Nanjing. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Jinling Hotel. Day 7 A full-day tour to Dr. Sun Yat Sen's mausoleum, an imposing monument situated on the southern slopes of the Purple Mountains, the Ming Xiao Ling Emperor's Tomb, the Yangtze River Bridge and Xuan Wu Lake. Day 8 A morning tour to Confucius Temple and Mochou Lake; departure.
