Benchmark FR 4014FR Feather Weight Coverall

The Feather Weight Coverall is specifically designed to keep workers cool and comfortable. This product was originally created for the oil and petrochemical industry but it is tested and used in both flash fire and electrical arc flash applications. This is one of the few flame resistant coveralls available in the FR market which is tested to NFPA 2112 standards. Benchmark FR fabrics are impregnated with a flame retardant which reacts with the hydroxyl group in the cellulose of the natural material. This is not a coating or a cross linking, but rather, a chemical bond with the fiber's molecular structure. Benchmark flame resistant fabric is skin safe and stable. If cared for properly, Benchmark flame resistant properties will not wash out regardless of the number of wash and wear cycles.
