Description
The Barolo is the most aristocratic of the great traditional wines of Piedmont. It begins with a garnet red color and tends toward a pomegranate red as it ages. Expertly matured in oak barrels, it finally obtains a graceful bouquet and imposing flavor. Barolo enhances the flavor of roasts, game and mature cheeses. It should be served at 18 - 29° C and should be decanted.
